Welcome to Faith Lutheran School and thank you for your interest.
Applying is easy using our Online Application. Families apply online as it simplifies submission and provides a tool for tracking the status of your admission once the application/enrollment is submitted. An application fee is required at the time of submittal and returning families use your FACTS SIS account to re-enroll.
To Apply
Log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You then have the flexibility to log in to your account to access the open application.
After submitting the application and paying the application fee, you can track your admissions status and print the completed application.
